```Duties```

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your duties will include:

- Supervising and coordinating the work of construction crews
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Managing and maintaining project schedules
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Collaborating with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Providing guidance and support to construction teams
- Implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

```Skills```

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of construction estimating and management principles
- Proficiency in budgeting and cost control
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
- Experience using construction management software such as HeavyBid or similar programs
- Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during construction projects

• Must have basic Knowledge of all construction trades
• Must be able to correspond to emails and messages pertaining to the jobsite
• willing to train the right candidate
